MOTHER OF THE MOTHERS

She will be responsible for the kitchen were the meals for 125 children are prepared 3 times per day, plan the menus, make sure that the children get nutritious food.
Prepare a monthly shopping lists for groceries, go to the market and buy vegetables a few times per week.
Take care of the staff in the 7 children's homes, ensure that there are clean sheets on the beds and clean homes. The children need medical care and be taken to the doctor or dentist, ect. Take care that the children have enough clothing and supervise the tailor if clothing needs repair or new clothing has to be sewn.
The staff in the houses need teaching of the Word of God and training in child care.
This person needs to have a lot of energy and be self motivated, also self supporting. Accommodation is provided.

BUILDER/PROJECT MANAGER

We need a project manager for about 6 months from the 1ste of May to oversee the building of new buildings. He needs to be able to work according to a budget,supervise the local builders,the electrician, the plumber, carpenter, tiller and painter.
Accommodation is provided, you need to be self supporting.

TEACHERS / NURSERY AND PRIMARY

We have a need for teachers for our growing nursery school, it is not paramount that you are qualified, but a tender and loving hart for children is a must.

Qualified primary school teachers. We work on a system called ACCELERATED CHRISTIAN EDUCATION. The children work at their own pace, it is not class room teaching but encouraging children to learn to work on their own and help them to perform.
You would need to go to South Africa to learn about the teaching method.
Accommodation is provided, you need to be self supporting.
